Traffic travelling from Pennyburn Roundabout will, as normal, be able to enter the Buncrana Road and travel towards the Racecourse Road junction.

TransportNI also plan to re-surface the same section of road. Work is due to start on Monday June 27 and it is expected that it will take approximately eight weeks to complete.

“A letter drop explaining the detail of traffic management has been made to all properties in the vicinity of the works,” said a TransportNI spokesperson.

“TransportNI has planned the works operations and traffic management arrangements to minimise inconvenience to the public. However, drivers should expect delays and are advised to allow additional time when travelling in the area.”
