View from the Seven Storey Mountain on 13th June from 10.30am to 4pm in Malin Presbyterian Church. Join us for a special day retreat reflecting on Thomas Merton’s famous autobiography, The Seven Storey Mountain. There will be lectures, meditation, discussion, prayer and time for walking on the nearby beach. The event is open to all and are interdenmiational in nature. Coláiste Chineál Eoghain Parent’s Committee invites the parents of Gaelscoil and National school children (of all ages) throughout Inishowen, to a Meet and Greet Evening, on June 8, at 7.30pm, in the Tullyarvan-based school, in Buncrana. Parents will have a great opportunity to hear about the school’s achievements, curricular and extra-curricular activities and to chat about Irish medium education. Light refreshments will also be available.

Feile Grianan Ailigh 2015 is celebrating the Summer solstice with a Dawn Chorus and musical programme on June 21st. Led by Inishowen Traditional Group and the Codetta Choir from 1.30am–7am inside and ourside Grianan Fort. Car parking will be available from 1am. and costs 5 euro per vehicle, which includes a tickey on the shuttle bus taking visitors uo to Grianan Fort. Tea, Coffee and hot food will be available throughout the morning.

The Donagh Choir and friends will present a summer concert in the Church of the Sacred Heart, Carndonagh this Sunday, 7th June at 7.30pm. Admission is free, retiring collection for Letterkenny Coronary Care.
