Are you looking for the man or woman of your dreams? Or do you just fancy a bit of a laugh in the name of a good cause? Well the staff from Derry’s Top Shop and Top Man stores are arranging a special charity night this weekend which could be right up your street.

The ‘Take Me Out’ night, based on the hugely popular TV show of the same name, is being held in the City Hotel on Sunday night in aid of the Teenage Cancer Trust - which is the stores’ chosen charity of the year.

The night will be compered by Derry’s own Michael Doherty - and admission is just £7 with a great night out promised.

The staff are hoping that they will raise a whopping £6000 for the Teenage Cancer Trust. Orla Murphy, Brand Manager at Top Shop said: “Teenage Cancer Trust is the only UK charity dedicated to improving the quality of life and chances of survival for the six young people aged between 13 and 24 diagnosed with cancer every day.

We know that what they do need is to be treated together, by teenage cancer experts, in an environment tailored for them.” Tickets are available from Topshop.
