She spoke to Year 11 and 12 pupils at assembly in Limavady Grammar School.

Not one to forget her roots, Rachael said her singing career started when she was encouraged to take part in a talent show at Limavady Grammar.

She encouraged all pupils “to make the most of their talents and to show determination in order to realise their ambitions”.

Rachael told the ‘Journal’ last month she’s still working on her own music and will be approaching record labels in the near future.
