Thousands of pounds worth of work tools stolen in Bogside
Sinn Féin Councillor Colly Kelly has slammed thieves who stole tools from a works van in the Bogside between Thursday night and Friday morning.
Councillor Kelly said “Thieves broke into a van parked in the Gartan Square area and stole thousands of pound worth of works tools.
“It’s scandalous that anyone would target people who are out working hard trying to make a living.
“I would appeal to people across the city to report it straight away if they are offered tools and machinery at low prices.”
