Two men appear in court over Convoy Orange Hall fire

Gardaí have charged two men, 30 and 32 years, in connection with an incident where criminal damage was caused to an Orange Order Hall and a Presbyterian Church in Convoy, County Donegal on October 3.

The two men appeared in Letterkenny Court on Wednesday.

The 32 year-old man was charged in relation to damage to an Orange Hall and a church and he has been remanded in custody to appear at Harristown District Court on Friday October 10.

The second man, aged 30, arrested as part of the same investigation was charged with an unrelated criminal damage incident and was remanded in custody to appear at Letterkenny District Court on Monday October 13.
