A ‘unique’ course in Book Craft is running at the Roe Valley Arts & Cultural Centre on March 4th and 11th from 10am-3pm.

A spokesperson said: Designed to complement The World Illustration Awards 2016 exhibition currently showing at the Arts Centre, this brilliant two-part course for people aged 16 years and over will allow participants to make their own simple book structures.

“This will include hard back accordion binding and sewn bindings such as pamphlet and Japanese stab binding. Participants will create their own illustrated book using collage techniques, drawing and letter stamping.”
