Video: Martin McGuinness on why he’s retiring from frontline politics

On Thursday Martin McGuinness signalled the end of an era in modern Irish politics by announcing he will not stand in the Assembly elections in March and that he will now retire from frontline electoral politics.

The Sinn Féin leader spoke to the ‘Journal’ at the Bishop’s Gate Hotel this afternoon.
