The St Patrick’s Primary School’s P7 class have been named as the top company in the North West area at an event held in W5 at the Odyssey, Belfast last week.

The pupils formed their own company ‘The Room 29 Toy Mine’ selling a range of children’s toys.

The company were commended for their marketing skills as they performed a re-worked version of hit song ‘Uptown Funk’ to promote their business through social media.

The event saw the pupils pitch their companies to a panel of volunteer judges from Eircom Northern Ireland and fielding questions from the ‘Dragons’ afterwards.
