The family of the late Sorcha Glenn were given a standing ovation on Friday night when the Derry woman was given a ‘Woman of the Year’ award.

“Sorcha would have loved this,” her sister said. “She would have been very pleased. Her legacy was that she wanted to raise awareness and save lives. She has most certainly done that and we will continue to do that as long as we have breath in our bodies.”
