Vintage weekend

The annual Inishowen Vintage Weekend in Carrick Field starts today and continues until Sunday 10 June with a large display of steam engines, vintage cars, tractors, stationery engines and memorabilia on display.

Nino McGuinness and family would like to thank all the organisers, sponsors and participants who took part in the very successful fundraising event in memory of the late John J.McGuinness and to the businesses who donated prizes. The total amount raised for the Donegal Hospice and Oncology Ward in Letterkenny was €9,037.00.

Moville Indoor Variety Market is taking place today from 11am to 2pm in Glencow Hall. Large variety of goods on sale. Coffee, teas and soup available. All proceeds to Moville Lighthouse Festival.

Serenity House with Foyle Coaches has arranged a day trip to the Salmon Festival in Ballina, Co. Mayo on Wednesday, 11 July. Please book early for this event on 074 9382945. Further day outings will take place during the coming weeks.

Ceolan School of Music is holding its annual end of year concert in Scoil Eoghain Moville at 7 pm on Tuesday 12 June. Please come along and support the young musicians from your community.
