Inishowen Rural Transport (IRT) is recruiting volunteers for a Volunteer Car Scheme. This service is aimed at over 65s or free travel pass holders who are experiencing difficulty in sourcing transport to access pre-arranged non-emergency medical appointments, local or Letterkenny General Hospital. A positive and practical programme for parents who are preparing for, going through or have gone through Separation or Divorce. Parenting when separated can be challenging and confusing. This programme will help you to solve co-parenting problems in a positive way that helps you and your child cope with the emotional impact of separation and learn stress management techniques. The course will begin on Tuesday 19th February, 10am to 12.30 at the Links Business Centre Buncrana (opposite North West Golf Club).
