The Da Capo Concert Series bringing classical music to Inishowen, will continue at St Buadan’s Church, Culdaff on Sunday October 7th at 3pm, with a concert from the internationally-acclaimed ConTempo quartet. Quartets from Mozart and Debussy plus a world premiere from Inishowen composer John McLachlan.

The Donagh Church choir rehearses every Thursday at 8pm, in the Confraternity room, Church of the Sacred Heart. The choir sings at 11am mass every Sunday, as well as other church ceremonies throughout the year, and also has a busy concert programme. Congratulations to Jim McGuinness, his background team and all the players on a magnificent victory from all at C.L.G. Carndomhnaigh. It was a day to remember, full of colour and out pouring of song, ‘Jimmy has indeed won the match’. It has been a great year, the level of skill, commitment and discipline has not been matched by any other County, Donegal are worthy Champions. In Inishowen we are so proud of Dermot, Ryan and Declan for their contribution to the winning of our 2nd All Ireland. GAA Lotto has reached 11,000 euro.
