McCartney in Iraq

Foyle Sinn Féin MLA., Raymond McCartney will travel to Iraq today to share his experiences of power sharing with Kurdish politicians.
Mr. McCartney was invited to Hawler University in Erbil in Kurdistan by representatives of the Kurdistan Regional Government where he will meet local community leaders and academics to brief them about the power sharing Assembly at Stormont.

"I am looking forward to speaking about the Irish peace process and particularly the power sharing arrangements and how they have allowed the peace process to develop.Hussein and was recently invaded by Turkey.”
