Easter flower arranging evening

Quigley's Point Scouts will be holding their Easter flower arranging demonstration evening presented by Josie Coll on Tuesday night 18th at 7.30 p.m. in the GAA Centre, Ture. Admission 5 euro including refreshments. All flower arrangements will be raffled at the end of the night.

In the Quigley's Point Community Centre/R.C.D. Ltd. mini lotto draw last week the jackpot was not won. Winning numbers were 2, 3, 15, 18 and the four 15 euro winners were Susie Devlin, Riverside, Jackie McLaughlin, c/o McCarron's, Rena McCole, Ball
yargus and Sam Bonner, Clar. The jackpot tonight will be 1,250 euro.
There will be an old time and ceili dance in the GAA club, Ture tomorrow from 9 - 11.30 p.m. Admission 5 euro including supper.
In week 6 on the Scoil Naomh Fionan Parent/Teacher Association Silver Circle draw the winners were 150 euro - Kai McDonald, Three Trees, 50 euro - Colum Mullin, Trebracken, 30 euro John and Anne Quigley, Malin.
Application for enrolment forms are now available in the school for all children to be enrolled in Scoil Naomh Fionan, Whitecastle in September. Completed forms should be returned before 31st March.
Don't forget bingo in St. Mary's Community Hall every Saturday night at 9.15 p.m. Your support is much appreciated.
There is a training course in Community Leadership available to anyone interested locally. Places are limited so get in contact soon if you want a place. The course is for those who would like to be involved as a leader in a club or group for youth or child care. As part of the programme each participant will be required to work on a community based programme e.g. organising litter pick or a music event for charity. Course leaders will be there to assist in this process.
The Training Programme is accredited at FETAC Level 5 and delivered in conjunction with Tuath, the organisation responsible for running the certificate and degree programmes in Community Development at Letterkenny I.T.
There is no cost as 'Finding Your Place' is supported by the EU programme for Peace and Reconciliation. There is also an allowance available towards child care and travel costs. Contact Philip 087 9929428 or 9385595 for further information.
The St. Patrick's Day Parade will be held in Moville on Monday, 17th at 2.30 p.m. There will be an open air concert before and after the parade. Floats are very welcome from all over the North-West and are asked to assemble in the car park at 2 p.m. Contact Eamon McLaughlin, 9382327 for details.
Names are now being taken for a class 'Coping with Depression and Anxiety Management' due to comm3ence in Serenity House. Contact Serenity House, 9382945.
A comedy play by Sam Cree, 'Stop It Nurse' will be performed by Moy Craig Young Farmers in Greenbank Hall tomorrow at 8 p.m. Admission 10 euro including refreshments. All proceeds in aid of Greenbank Repair Fund. All welcome.
