Wedding of Stephen and Jacqueline Davenport

The Church of All Saints, Newtowncunningham was the setting last week for the wedding of Stephen Davenport and Jacqueline Carlin.
The bride was given away by her father Joe and Nuptial Mass was concelebrated by Fr. Kevin O'Doherty and Fr. Tony Mailey. Jacqueline was assisted by her sister Angela as chief bridesmaid and her sisters Clodagh and Claire as bridesmaids. The best man
was Liam Davenport and James and Peter Davenport were the groomsmen. The flowergirls were Chloe and Caitlin Davenport, while the pageboys were Jamie and Eunan Davenport. Stephen and Jacqueline, along with family and friends enjoyed a lovely wedding reception in the Inishowen Gateway Hotel, Buncrana. Congratulations and best wishes to the couple.
Sean Davis is running a Hallowe'en 3-day Indoor 'Fun Soccer' coaching course in Quigley's Point Community Centre and also in Aileach Community Hall, Burnfoot. The course will run from Monday 29th - Wednesday 31st October.
Registration will take place on Monday, 29th at 10 a.m. Lunch is from 12.30 - 1 p.m. and the course will finish at 3 p.m. each day. Cost is 35 euro which is payable on the first morning. Mini lotto
In the Quigley's Point Community Centre/R.C.D. Limited mini lotto draw last week the jackpot was not won. The winning numbers were 6, 8, 18, 21 and the four 15 euro winners were Patsy McGee, Drung, Jim Cavanagh, Ballyargus, Willie McElhinney, Ruskey and McGonagles, Glenside House, Clar. The jacpot tonight will be 2,825 euro.
The Annual Church Gate collection for Self-Help Development International in support of development work among rural communities in Africa will be taken up this weekend 27th/28th October.
Sympathy is offered to Charlie and Sue Molloy and family, Quigley's Point on the recent death of Charlie's sister, Lettie Allen, Glasgow. May she rest in peace.
Quigley's Point Ceili Club is holding a ceili in St. Mary's Community Hall, Muff tonight with dancing from 10 p.m. - 1 a.m. with music by the Cottage Ceili Band. Admission is 5 euro including supper.
