With the North West Warriors in Inter-Provincial action in Dublin on Saturday the weekend’s Premier League fixtures were held back until Sunday and there were some huge results at both ends of the table.

Coleraine have assumed outright leadership of the the title race after a thoroughly convincing win over champions Donemana- the Bannsiders now the division’s only unbeaten team after three games.

Brigade stayed on the pace-setters’ tail with a facile win over Bready, the Magheramason men now adrift at the foot of the table and in danger of being dragged into a relegation scrap just two seasons after winning the senior cup.

Strabane lost for the second time in three matches as they found a battling Eglinton too good, the win lifting the villagers to the lofty heights of joint second place. Fox Lodge got their first points on the board having edged out Glendermott at the Rectory while in the Championship, Creevedonnell and St Johnston go into their head-to-head this evening both protecting 100% starts to their league campaigns.
