Ardmore Join Doire Trasna

At Top Of Table

Ardmore moved to the top of Division Three after this high scoring defeat of Magilligan at Celtic Park on Sunday.

However Doire Trasna have two games in hand, while Drum and Magherafelt Thirds are still in contention.

Buncrana Cup

The Buncrana Cup finals are on Saturday 14th August when Derry will be going for a record three in a row.

Swatragh Win

Congratulations to Swatragh on winning the Derry Senior league for the second time in three years. They were scheduled to play Lavey at Davitt Park last week but Lavey were unable to field a side and the two points ensured that Swatragh would finish ahead of second placed Kevin Lynch’s who had two points to spare over Banagher at Kevin Lynch Park. In the other game Ballinascreen had a comfortable win against Slaughtneil.

Roe Valley side

In US trip

A cross community GAA team from Roe Valley have been selected to represent Ulster GAA at this year’s Continental Youth Championships in Boston, USA.

The Roe Valley Cúchulainn team is made-up of pupils from St Patrick’s College, Dungiven; Limavady High School, Limavady Grammar School, St Mary’s College, Limavady and Rossmar Special School.
