It was to be another disrupted weekend of senior cricket in the North West and unfortunately Sunday’s cup tie at Ballymagorry became the first in the competition’s history to be decided by a bowl-out following this season’s rule changes.

Brigade came out the right side of that result while Coleraine and Donemana saw off Championship challengers to take their place in the semi final line up.

The final last four place will be decided this week when Drummond and Bready complete their quarter final tie that started last night.

In the Premier Division, Fox Lodge added to Strabane’s recent woes with a thumping victory at the Park on Saturday courtesy of a superb Jason Milligan century.
