BRANDYWELL Celtic completed the semi-finalists in the Gilfillan Cup having defeated Metro 2-0 on Saturday.

And in what was close to a full programme of league matches, Clifton Villa and Phoenix Swifts shared the spoils while Du Pont overcame the challenge of Rosemount.In the Championship there were wins for Tristar and Art Deco but Gransha Institute emerged the top scores of the weekend as they thrashed Newton Heath 12-0.

Collon Celtic and Tamnaherin shared the spoils, that game ending 3-3.

In the First Division Culmore suffered a heavy defeat when facing Hatmore Harps as Foyle Athletic overcame Oakleaf Celtic 3-2.

Oxford United and HML enjoyed good victories over Phoenix Athletic Colts and City Colts to go top of the table.
