Derry City have released further details of the upcoming dinner to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the historic “Treble” season of 1988-89.
The event, which takes places on Friday, February 28th, will be held in the City Hotel and tickets for the event are priced at £60 per person which involves a four course dinner on the night plus pre and post dinner entertainment.
“As a large number of the places available have already been snapped up by the local business and football community, we have decided to reserve the remaining places to cater solely for any further demand from Derry City fans,” said Derry CityCEO, Sean Barrett.
“We are now inviting Derry City supporters to apply for places in a ballot – in which priority will be given to Derry City season ticket holders - by contacting the club office with their details before this Friday, February 14th.
“Due to the level of interest expected, a deposit of £15 per application is required in order to secure a place in the ballot.
“The ballot will then be held this Saturday, February 15th, with the successful candidates being notified shortly afterwards and those wishing to be invol ved in the ballot should note that the names drawn will receive a maximum of two tickets per application.
“Those supporters who have not been successful in the ballot will, of course, have their £15 desposits refunded,” added Mr. Barrett.
