THE North West Saturday Morning League celebrated its 50th anniversary at the City Hotel last Saturday night.

Former Institute manager, Paul Kee was one of the guest speakers on the night.

And Derry City manager, Peter Hutton, former City boss, Felix Healy and mayor, Cllr. Elisha McCallion were also among the guests of honour.

It was a memorable night for all associated with the Saturday Morning League with past players and teams reunited.

Following what was yet another hugely successful year for the SML, prizewinners from the 2014/15 season were also honoured on the night.
