TITLE CHASING, Park Bar closed to within two points of current leaders, Top of the Hill Celtic on Sunday following an emphatic victory over Abercorn.
And Don Bosco’s all but ended Oxford’s title hopes when recording victory in that contest while in the only other Premier Division played at the weekend, Lisahally and Tristar shared the spoils.
In the Terry Kelly Memorial Cup Trojans progressed to a semi-final meeting with Don Bosco’s having eliminated Porter’s from this season’s competition.
In Division One Derry City comfortably defeated Ballymoor to maintain their position on the summit of the table while second placed, Campbell’s defeated The Bentley.
Elsewhere, Crescent inflicted a heavy defeat on Strand United to stay in contention for league honours.
