Premier title contenders extend winning league starts

PREMIER DIVISION title contenders, Top of the Hill Celtic and Three Flowers extended their winning starts to the season with impressive victories on Sunday.

Conor Kane netted a hat-trick as Celtic defeated Brandywell Harps to secure their third win of the campaign while Flowers made it three consecutive victories with a comfortable win over Downey’s.

Elsewhere in the top flight Trojans recorded a narrow win over Tristar; Celtic Swifts defeated Porter’s while Don Bosco’s put eight past Lisahally.

In the First Division, Phoenix went top of the table with victory over Oxford and Maydown defeated Ballymoor Youths. There also were wins for Strand United and Campbell’s while A.O.H. and Oakgrove shared the spoils.
