Reigning champions, Celtic bounce back to secure win

REIGNING PREMIER Division champions, Top of the Hill Celtic bounced back from a goal behind to record an emphatic victory over newly promoted, Culmore on Sunday morning.

Elsewhere in the top flight The Park Bar secured a slender victory over Oxford Stars; Abercorn held Trojans to a 1- draw while Brandywell Harps and Don Bosco’s shared the spoils in their encounter.

In Division One Crescent defeated Strand United to move clear at the top of the table and Derry City played out a draw with Phoenix.

Also in the First Division, A.O.H. Harps netted six past City Herald; Campbell’s defeated Killea and Telstar and The Bentley recorded victories in their respective matches against Ballymoor and Maydown.

Results - Premier Division - Culmore 1, Top of the Hill 5; Abercorn 1, Trojans 1; Oxford Stars 1, Park Bar 2; Brandywell Harps 2, Don Bosco’s 2. Division One - Phoenix 2, Derry City 2; The Bentley 6, Maydown 2; Strand United 1, Crescent 5; Campbell’s 3, Killea 2; City Herald 1, A.O.H. Harps 6; Ballymoor 0, Telstar 5.
