Terry Kelly Cup holders open defence of trophy this Sunday

TERRY KELLY Memorial Cup holders, Park Bar begin their defence of the trophy this Sunday when they take on First Division side Campbell’s in the first round.

Also in the Terry Kelly Cup, The Bentley face A.O.H. Harps; Crescent meet Trojans; Top of the Hill Celtic take on Strand United; Brandywell Harps meet Foylebank while Rocking Chair take on Killea N.C.

There are also three Premier Division fixtures to be played this weekend as Oxford Stars play Lisahally, Porter’s take on Don Bosco’s while Culmore host Tristar.

And in the only game to be played in the First Division, Ballymoor take on Phoenix in Prehen.

Fixtures - Premier Division - Culmore v Tristar (Culmore); Porter’s v Don Bosco’s (St Columb’s 2); Oxford United Stars v Lisahally (Swilly); Division - Ballymoor v Phoenix (Prehen 3); Division One - Ballymoor v Phoenix (Prehen 3); Terry Kelly Cup 1st round - The Bentley v A.O.H. Harps (Prehen 1); Crescent v Trojans (Brandywell); Park Bar v Campbell’s (Central); Brandywell Harps v Foylebank (St Columb’s 3); Rocking Chair v Killea N.C. (Showgrounds); Top of the Hill Celtic v Strand United (Lisnagelvin 2).

Maydown have withdrawn from the D&D following a short spell in the association.

All games begin at 11.30 a.m. Cup ties will be played to a finish.

Derry City receive a bye in the first round of the Terry Kelly after Maydown withdrew from the association.

The D&D would like to congratulate Derry City on lifting the 2012 FAI Cup on Sunday.
