WARREN TOO STRONG FOR 'B' BOYS

Dromore B 1 Warren 8

DROMORE played Warren on Saturday and the team which is sitting three points behind the league leaders and unfortunately they proved just too strong for the locals.

Warren showed danger signs straight from the off and were a goal up in the first five minutes when a shot wrong footed Topley and went in at the post.

Worse was to come and after some good play they were two goals to the good.

Dromore started to get more of the ball and only some last minute challenges prevented Blair from reducing the defecit on two occasions.

Toole and Morgan were starting to battle in the midfield area but the team were dealt the killer blow when Warren scored another two goals as Dromore were pushing forward.

Toole got his first goal of the season when he converted a corner to give Dromore a glimpse of a comeback.

The second half followed much the same path as the first and Warren added another four goals to cap a convincing win 8 – 1.

Man of the match sponsored by Square Movies, Dromore – Neil Toole.
