Redcastle Captain, Mr John Weir, invites members to take part in his Captain’s “Drive-In” which will take place tomorrow (Sat.) at the Inishowen club.
Members are advised to attend at 9.30 a.m. for a 10.00 a.m. tee-off time, fingers crossed for good weather.
Despite difficult conditions Redcastle remained true to form and continued to battle it out for the Spring League title over 12 holes.

NEW midweek events AT CITY OF DERRY
A new Monday Seniors Open (Over-50’s) will be on offer at City of Derry Golf Club from Monday, March 31st and the event will run everyMonday. The entry fee is £3 (members) and £10 (visitors).
The Wednesday “Meal Deal” returns on Wednesday April 2nd next and the cost is £13 which includes golf and food.
The Thursday Opens tee-off on Thursday, April 10th and the the cost is £4 (members) and £15 (visitors).

Congratulations to Simon Swaby’s team on taking the top spot in the St. Patrick’s Day Teams of Four competition at City of Derry.
The team amassed a fantastic total of 94 points with 4 points to spare over the second placed team led by Alan Simpson

Wednesday’s competition was reduced to nine holes due to the stormy conditions.
Roisín Timoney emerged the winner with Margaret O’Hea the runner up.
Next week’s competition is the Donegal Shield Qualifier and it will be the first 18 hole competition of the season.
