The Estate Services Darts team claimed the Inter County Championship last Saturday in Campsie.
With the final against Coleraine ties at five games all, who better than Derry’s Republic of Ireland international, Martin McCloskey to play-off for the top prize?
And the Mailey’s Bar thrower emerged 3-0 winner of the play-off to secure the prestigious title for the Derry team.

Wallace wins Mickey Mooney Cup
The last 32 of the Mickey Mooney men’s Individuals were held in the Abercorn Bar last Thursday night and after several hard fought rounds and a very close final, Michael Wallace from the Oak Grove A emerged this year’s champion, defeating Mark Quigley from the Iona House in the final.
And in Bennigan’s the last eight of the Cathy Dunleavy Ladies Memorial individuals also took place and after some very good first rounds Claire Neely from the Iona House defeated Bennigan’s Lisa McDermott in the final.
