The runner-up, also with 41 points, was the ever-improving Stephen Stewart (23) who edged out recent “Meal Deal” winner, Hugh Doran, who finished one point in arrears.
The frosty conditions on Saturday last didn’t deter Edmund Forshaw (17) when he drew on past experience to produce a masterclass in scoring, carding a competition winning 43 points in the Confined Singles event.
Stephen Fitzpatrick (18) continues to post healty cards and on this occasion came up one point short, his score of 42 points finished in second place ahead of former President, Dudley Coyle (21), on a break of tie.
