The draw will remain the same but if in doubt or having any queries, please ring Maureen Cassidy before this weekend.

Meanwhile, today (Friday), sees the second outing of the season for the North=West Ladies Winter Links at Lisfannon.

All thos e ladies wishing to play should ring Gary in the Golf Shop on 93 61715 (00 353 7493 61715, from N. Ireland).

Last Friday North-West’s Lady Captain, Helen Quigley lead a large number of North-West ladies on a tour to Derry.

The ladies enjoyed what turned out to be a fantastic day which opened with a meeting the Mayor of Derry, Colr. Martin Reilly, in the Guildhall.

A tour of the city’s historic wall followed Walls included stops at the Craft Village, the Tower Museum, the Apprentice Boys Hall and St. Columb’s Cathredral.

The tour also included a walk across the Peace Bridge to Ebrington Square which ensured that everyone was ready to end the day with a lovely meal.

Thanks are extended to Helen for organising a great day out and also to Finola and Eilish at Tours & Trails Group who proved to be superb tour guides on the day.
