WITH six cards returned in the Pitchers’ Spring League at Foyle, Team 8 - Mark Doherty, Ciaran O’Doherty, John Jennings and Dermott Harkin - have amassed 545 points after returning another excellent score of 96 points.

Foyle Golf Club held its 20th annual general meeting recently and the outgoing Captain, Mr. George Fitzpatrick, before stepping down from his second term in office thanked everyone for their support, saying he was leaving with some great memories he presented Junior Captain Gary Mc Evoy with his 2014 Jumper, after reading a citation about the Clubs Hon Secretary John J Logue he presented him with Honorary Life Membership of Foyle Golf Club, then presented incoming Captain Mr Chris Lynch with his 2014 Jacked, in his acceptance address Chris said it was a great honor to be
Captain of the Club, after congratulating George on his achievements during the past year, said he had a big act to follow but would strive to continue with the forward progression of our Club.
Foyle Golf Club Captain, Mr Chris Lynch, extends his profound sympathy on behalf of Foyle Golf Club to fellow members, Sean and Finbar Logue, following the recent eeath of their sister, Ann-Marie.
