Police are investigating damage caused to five cars at retail premises on the Castlegore Road in Castlederg. The damage included stolen headrests, chrome surrounds and wheels, and smashed windows. Officers are keen to speak to anyone who saw suspicious activity in the area during Monday night (6th). Police believe the incident may be linked to the theft of an 8x4 trailer from a property on the Castlegore Road on the same night.

Plate thrown at car

Police in Strabane are appealing for information after a plate was thrown at a car travelling along Lower Main Street on Tuesday evening causing the windscreen to crack.

The driver of the car was uninjured however understandably shaken by the ordeal.
