Brides to walk through Claudy on May 21

The 'Alla Ladies' (Cumber Upper & Lower, Learmount, Banagher Group of Churches) are looking for as many people as possible from Claudy and the surrounding areas to get involved in their 'Brides Through Claudy' walk for Alzheimer's on Saturday 21st May.

Sponsorship forms are available from Anne @ Eakin’s Garage Claudy, and the ladies are looking for as many brides, and as many fundraisers as possible to get involved.
An invite has also been extended to all those Claudy and surrounding area guys (man enough to throw on a wedding dress on the day) to pick up a form and get collecting (and if you get cold-feet fellas, there’s plenty of t-shirts available to wear instead) The walk kicks off from Alla Hall @ 3PM on the 21st, with a barbeque planned for afterwards at Alla and “Everybody” is invited along to make this a truly worthwile and memorable event.
Event organiser Ann Rosborough said: “We want all of the community to be involved in this to put our wee village on the map for something positive - Hope to see you all on the 21st of May and don’t forget to get the kids dressed up in their favourite costumes.”
