A three-day Continental Market has opened in the heart of Derry.

The award-winning market at has returned to the north with a wide selection of hand-made goods and crafts, food and drink, clothing and plants from around the world.

The market at Guildhall Square opened on Thursday and will remain in Derry tomorrow and Saturday, May 20 and 21, open from 9am to 6pm each day.

The market will then travel on to Newtownards, and then Belfast City Hall and Belfast’s Queen Quay.

Traders from around the world have gathered to sell their produce at the Derry market, which is being staged locally during Love Your Local Market Fortnight.

These include traders from Germany, Greece, France, Spain and South Africa.
