The Claudy-based singer is currently enjoying huge success with his latest single Hit The Diff, taking the local charts by storm with popular radio host Hugo Duncan describing it as the most requested song of 2015.
With over 650,000 hits on YouTube. Hit The Diff has catapulted the country star onto a national level and captured the imagination of new fans from across the country.
Ritchie’s popularity has grown remarkably over the past two years and the singer admits to looking forward to returning to Campsie. “The Dupont Rec Club is one of the best dancing venues in the North West,” says Ritchie. “I’ve always enjoyed playing there and the crowd always know how to have a good time.”
With four albums and a live DVD under his belt Ritchie Remo isn’t resting on his laurels. “We have huge plans for the future including a new single & album, tours, theatre dates, media appearances and a new interactive website on the way.”
The singer also recognises his growing support in the North West and further afield.
“We want to keep on our toes to repay all the support and encouragement comingfrom our expanding fan base,” says Ritchie. “I know almost all of them personally through Facebook and I love to keep in contact with them when I can.”
