Brown’s Restaurant in Derry’s Waterside has swept the boards at a prestigious awards ceremony.
The Bond’s Hill eatery not only scooped the Co. Derry Best Restaurant category but head chef Ian Orr also won the Best Chef award.
Other Derry award winners include Halo Pantry and Grill (Best Casual Dining), Beech Hill Country House (Best Customer Service and Best Hotel Restaurant), and the Metro Bar (Best Gastro Pub).
In the Donegal category, local award winners were Kealy’s Seafood, Moville (Best Casual Dining) and Harry’s Bar, Bridgend (Best gastro Pub).
In Tyrone, Oysters Restaurant, in Strabane, scooped the Best Restaurant and Best Customer Service awards.
Brown’s, along with the other county award winners, will now compete for the regional and all-Ireland title which will be announced in Dublin on May 25.
