Very rarely does a DJ/Producer shoot to stardom so quickly - and when they do, they seldom have the talent to back it up. Moscow native Nina Kraviz is the exception to the rule. Her talent for both making and playing the most sublime underground house music has seen her become one of the most in-demand artists of 2012.

Nina Kraviz’s breakthrough hit, ‘I’m Gonna Get You’ was released in 2009. Following the success of this release, the gigs started to come thick and fast, and by the end of 2010, Nina could claim to have played the major clubs across the globe – mixing her unique raw blend of House, Techno, Acid and rare goodies, much to the punters’ delight. Her eponymously titled debut album on Radio Slave’s Rekids label was released to critical acclaim earlier this year. Nina is currently on a massive world tour to promote the album. Advance tickets for Nina Kraviz, priced £12, on sale at www.wegottickets.com, Nerve Centre Box Office and Masons Bar.

2012 marks the twelfth year of Derry’s internationally acclaimed Celtronic Festival, with a host of global superstars lined-up. Late additions to this year’s line-up include Irish singer songwriter David Kitt performing his Small Moments album in full, veterans of the global techno and electro scene, Billy Nasty and Keith Tenniswood debuting their Radionasty collaborative project and Psycatron, one of the biggest Irish acts of the last couple of years. They join an already massive bill that also includes Norwegian disco viking Todd Terje, the first lady of Berghain, Steffi, dubstep pioneer Kuedo, award winning hip-hop duo The Rubber Bandits and prodigious Irish producer Mmoths. www.celtronicfestival.com
