The company’s 130 stores across Britain stock more than 16,000 products across a wide range of furniture, lighting, bedding, furnishings, electrical goods, DIY and art supply goods, as well as gardening and pet equipment, toys and clothing.
A spokesman for the company said today: “We can confirm that The Range are planning to open a new store at the former B&Q site in Faustina Retail Park in Londonderry.
“The new store will create between 80-100 full and part-time jobs for the local area.”
