Bid to turn Derry dental surgery into townhouse

An erstwhile dental surgery in Derry will become a townhouse if a newly submitted planning application is approved.

A new application to convert the former McLaughlin Orthodontics surgery at 46 Clarendon Street into a townhouse has been published by Derry City and Strabane District Council.

The clinic closed a number of years ago.

The application is for 'change of use from dental surgery to residential dwelling'.
