#Build16 is open to the public and attendees will benefit from practical advice and information from experts in a series of informative talks. Speaking at the event will be solicitor Garry Clarke, architect Peter Cullinane, construction expert Bert Galbraith, site safety expert Darren Donaghy, efficient heating and plumbing expert Christy Lynch, building energy rating expert Dean Spencer and property valuation expert Gareth McLarnon.

Each person who attends #Build16 will be automatically entered in a draw to win a €500 voucher for tiles and bathrooms at McDaid’s Bathroom, Plumbing and Tiles in Buncrana. The winner will be announced at the event.

Bert Galbraith, of Galbraith Construction, said the free event was organised to help house builders save both time and money while achieving the best results.

“There’s been a rise in the number of people planning to build new homes, renovate old ones and add extensions to existing properties and we want to help them start off on strong footing with the right advice.
