The company’s award-winning online tracking and account management tool Velocity offers customers everything they need in one place, 24 hours a day, while its e-route route planner also ensures customers have the right solutions to match their fuelling and tracking needs. It boasts the largest network of any fuel card provider in Ireland along with specialist 24/7 HGV sites.

The emphasis on customer service is at the heart of the company’s values: from a dedicated WhatsApp channel so they can get an immediate response, to working throughout lockdown to help clients when they need support.

It’s this combination of the latest technology with top-notch customer service that has contributed to DCI’s ongoing success, according to Sinead Doherty, Retention and Services Manager, who has been with the business for over 20 years

Sinead has seen the company grow from three employees to more than 1,600 under Radius. “How we have moved on and innovated and grown in 25 years has been fantastic, it is a really positive company to be part of,” she says. “Our growth has been guided by what our customers need from the technology, like with our Velocity app.”

Awarded the silver Investors in People accolade, as well as being Business All-Star accredited, DCI are “a fantastic company to work for,” she adds.

Commercial Director Brendan Crowley echoes the sentiment that it’s great to work for “a company that’s at the top of its game”, adding that the high level of customer contact throughout the pandemic has helped to both win new business and retain existing customers who appreciated the high levels of service.
