Death of man aged 40-59 brings Derry COVID toll to 201

More than 200 people from the Derry/Strabane area have now died with COVID-19 following the death of a man aged between 40 and 59.

The death occurred in hospital yesterday, according to the latest Department of Health figures.

In total 201 people have now died locally since the pandemic reached Derry/ Strabane in early 2020.
