Translink warns over competition

Translink has claimed that opening up their profitable bus routes to competition could lead to the same kind of devastated rural services found in England after deregulation there.

New tourism plan for Derry to be unveiled

A seven-year plan to transform Derry’s tourism industry is to be unveiled tomorrow at a conference co-hosted by the city’s Chamber of Commerce, Derry and Strabane District Council and Visit Derry.
