Bocan Drama Club comedy performance

Bocan Drama Club will perform the Sam Cree play “Separate Beds” in Malin Hall tonight. A great night’s entertainment guaranteed. Doors Open at 7.30pm and admission is €7. For an excellent night’s entertainment come along and support your local drama group.

St. Boden’s N.S. Parents’ Association are hosting the Good as New in Pound Street, Carndonagh from 10am-5pm, Monday to Saturday. All donations of clothing are very welcome indeed.

Gleneely National School Charity shop at G & S Supermarket and all proceeds to go to the new classroom build. Donations can be given in now and stored until the shop opens. Please contact the school to arrange drop off.

Gleneely Colts Lotto -There was no jackpot winner, The numbers were 4-6-7-22. The Bocan Youth group will be having a Youth Confirmation Mass on Saturday 7th March. All pupils receiving their confirmation and their parents are invited to attend.

Congratulations to all at Bocan Community Creche which has just been awarded its second green flag for Energy which also involves continuing to reduce, reuse and recycle their litter and waster. Award ceremonies to take place in May .

Inishowen Gardening Club talks take place in the Wesley Hall, Bridge Street, Carndonagh on the fourth Monday of every month at 8pm. Annual Membership is € 20 which includes the raffle,tea and subsidised Tours. €5 per session for non members. Next talk on 23rd March when Paddy McCartney will give a talk on Fruit Growing followed on 27th April by Gardening for Wildlife with Colm Grant.

Bluestack Special Needs Foundation thanks all who collected and supported the recent church gate collection which raised €188.75.

Inishowen Methodist Churches ‘Good as New shop in Margaret Theresa Doherty’s premises, Pound Street, Carndonagh from Monday 2nd March. Shop will be open from 10am-5pm, Monday to Saturday. All donations of clean clothing and bric a brac welcome. Culdaff Gleneely Youth Football registration day in Caratra Park Culdaff on Saturday 14th March from 3pm- 4pm for players who wish to play at under 10,12 and 14 this season. The registration fee of €10 which goes directly to the youth league and details of team managers and training times will be given out. Under 16 training continues on Thursdays at 4.45pm at Caratra Park. €2 for all training sessions, please bring full training gear and change of clothes in case of inclement weather.
