IT firm Kainos has announced a major expansion that will create 403 new jobs across NI - 30 of them in Derry.
The company currently employs more than 700 people across the North, Britain and Poland.
Kainos is a leading digital technology solutions company with customers in the USA and in continental Europe.
It provides digital technology solutions in the healthcare, government, and financial services markets.
In the year to March 2014, the company’s turnover grew by 45% to £43 million while pre-tax profits more than doubled to £8 million.
The new jobs will boast an average salary in excess of £30,000.
Deputy First Minister Martin McGuinness says he’s pleased 30 of the new jobs will be based in Derry.
Invest Northern Ireland has offered more than £4.7 million towards the expansion for both job creation and training.
In Derry, Kainos is based in offices at Timber Quay on Strand Road.
