Apple Premium Reseller, iConnect has announced the opening of its third store in Foyleside Shopping Centre, Derry on Saturday, 20th September with the creation of ten full time jobs. This new store aims to offer shoppers in the North the opportunity to learn and experience Apple’s innovative products and solutions in their local environment. The new store will offer the complete range of Mac, iPad, iPhone and iPod along with a wide range of accessories.

“We’re very excited to open a new Apple Premium Reseller store in Foyleside Shopping Centre, which will serve as our Head Office in Northern Ireland.” said John McEvoy, Strabane native and Director of iConnect. “We will be placing strong emphasis on providing customers with exceptional levels of service, outstanding educational platforms and an enhanced retail experience which we hope will further increase awareness and loyalty to the Apple brand as we move forward.”

iConnect’s hands-on approach provides customers with an opportunity to test drive the full range of products and Apple-trained staff can offer impartial advice to both consumer and professional customers. They also offer regular in-store demonstrations and training to help customers get the most from their purchases.

iConnect launched their European delivery last year when it opened its first store in Whitewater Shopping Centre, Co. Kildare in September and the second store in Liffey Valley, Dublin, in November. The third store, Northern Ireland’s first, is set to transform the way people buy technology – with local accessibility, training and education offered to all customers.

Experts will be available to help customers learn all about the latest products from Apple including the iPhone 5, the most forward-thinking smartphone in the world, iPhone 5c, the most colourful iPhone yet, iPad Air, the dramatically thinner, lighter and more powerful iPad and the iPad mini now with razor sharp Retina quality. Customers can get hands on with the updated MacBook Pro with Retina display and OS X Mavericks, the world’s most advanced desktop operating system, now available for free. They can try out the next generation iWork and iLife apps, which come free with the purchase of every new Mac or iOS device.
