Derry’s Richmond Centre has reportedly been sold in a £20 million deal.
It’s understood the city centre shopping centre has been bought by London asset manager Vixcroft.
Richmond Centre had been owned by the Hegarty family, from Derry, before administrative receivers were appointed by their lender, Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS).
The centre was then sold in 2010 for £24m. to West Register.
The centre’s retailers include Argos, Vodafone and Carphone Warehouse.
