Ireland Rugby team head coach Joe Schmidt has been confirmed as a special guest at the Derry Chamber of Commerce event later this month.
Schmidt will be the keynote speaker at the Chamber President’s Breakfast, due to take place on Thursday, April 21 from 8.30am to 10.30am.
The event will take place at the Everglades Hotel and the cost to Chamber members is £35 and £70 for non members.
A former school teacher and coach in his native New Zealand, Joe became Leinster head coach for the 2010/11 season and led the team to a second Heineken Cup title in his first season, and later guiding them through a series of successful tournaments.
He took over from Declan Kidney as Ireland Coach in April 2013, leading to further international successes.
