Cash stolen in burglary

Police are appealing for witnesses following a burglary at a house in the Coolessan Walk area of Limavady.

Sergeant Madden said: “On the afternoon of Sunday 26 February between 3:00pm and 4.30pm entry was forced into the rear of a property, which was then ransacked and a number of items including cash and electrical goods stolen before the perpetrators made off.

“Anyone with information should contact police at Limavady on the non-emergency number 101, quoting reference 886 of 26 February.
